sometimes you think this city just eats itself: how the mayor might say limited resources while pulling a fork: other times you are certain you are looking at a crutch: propping up an institution that should have fallen years before: you see the mouths of the silverware drawers are always opening: perhaps this city is in love with its utensils: something is being sliced for something else: like a bizarre yin and yang: eventually you will be dining on the resources that once were re-appropriated from you: but now taste like the rest of the city
