Bleary eyed
Buddha smiles
as he swipes
the time clock

There is no
time there
is no money

Time is
money both
fabrication

Long crooked
fingers of
control from
the cradle
to grave
to infinity

Bleary eyes
Buddha smiles
there’s no time
only a clock

Only cogs
and gears
churning
illusion
