Upon Reading On Wikipedia How Bella Swan Chose Life

How do you abort a vampire fetus?  Do you intravenously feed holy water into
the mother or leave splinters in her stomach?  I know how unicorns got their
abortions, sneaking into an Economics 101 class at the nearest community
college until the lack of imagination pulled the foal apart; there was
always ice cream after.
